Pennsylvania State Police Investigate Increase in Stripped Vehicles

The Pennsylvania State Police Central Auto Theft Task Force investigated an increase in the recovery of stripped stolen vehicles in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County.  Base on reports and their findings, a chop shop was located.  Upon the execution of a search warrant, numerous stolen vehicles and parts were recovered.

The suspect was taken into custody, admitted his role in the thefs and operation of the chop shop and was arrested.
